Welcome to BAD 2533

Welcome to BAD 2533  online. I am Joan Haynes, your instructor. I am excited to have you in my class. I am looking forward to a great semester. Since we do not meet in a classroom environment, I would like you to post a brief BIO and INTRO in the appropriate Module. 

I would also like to welcome you to the wonderful world of online learning! If you haven't had an online class, you are in for an adventure! Please take a moment to explore Canvas. Notice your navigation bar for this course located on the left side of this screen. Your navigation bar contains the following options:

Home: This screen displays a news feed to remind you of important information and dates.

Announcements: Check announcements frequently for important class messages/information.

Modules: All important information for the class is located under Modules. You will find your course syllabus, calendar, and instructor contact information. You will also find links for chapter information, exams, and assignments in each chapter module. I have course content organized by chapter modules. This does not replace the need to READ each chapter and take notes.  I suggest you print the course calendar so that you can organize yourself for the class. In order to begin the course, you should click on "Modules" tab to the left of the screen and read ALL course information including the syllabus and important dates. You will also notice that I have provided additional helpful information for your review and use in this area.

Grade: You can view your grades at any time during the course.  This class uses a 10 point grading scale.

People: You will find a roster of your classmates here.
